To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns for intimate wear, bodysuits, or final-sale itemsRefunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

      We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

      If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

      Damaged or Wrong Items

        If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

        Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue to expedite your request.

        Return Shipping

          Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
